Same thing happen with me didn’t get the BIL for father but got for mother and brother

I submit webform with payment receipt. It's long weekend they are on holiday. I have no idea what to do because i saw people waited 15/16 days or more

i am in the same boat too , submitted the application on 19 may untill now No BIL
i also submitted the web form but they takes time to reply to web form
will update you if i got any updates
