That's weird. They have 3 sittings next week! Why to postpone it for May. Don't believe what they say any longer.

They aren't postponing it. They will be debating it. They have given a deadline for completion.

With all my respect, they previously gave us time to complete C-6 before Ester! So, it's really hard to predict and believe.
As well, I don't mind when the Bill is being debated (not adjourned) in Senate. That's progress.

With all my respect, they previously gave us time to complete C-6 before Ester! So, it's really hard to predict and believe.
As well, I don't mind when the Bill is being debated (not adjourned) in Senate. That's progress.

Those were through tweets, no official channel. Now 3 differents senators rose and spoke in front of the whole Chamber to promise no obstruction and the government has given them a deadline, they cannot exceed it, they have to vote at that time

Since people doubted I had a high-level friend at IRCC, and told me I didn't know what I was talking about when I said the revocation proceeding amendment was unconstitutional... Well... You're hearing it here first. The Conservatives will introduce another amendment today RE: allowing minors to apply for citizenship without a Canadian citizen parent.
