I was there 3 months ago at a Saturday morning around 10 am. No one was in the line when I entered the building. After a few minutes a family came in to do their landing. So it was pretty much empty and landing took around 10-15 min.

How come your visa issued before PPR. Just curious as I can see in your timeline.

I did my landing late on a Wednesday night; plenty of staff and I was one of only two clients.

I know that's odd. But anyways the visa issuance date was one day before the PPR email. I thought maybe they issued the visa and then wait to receive my passport and just stick it there.
