I applied in August 6,2013 ....... I dont know how they process files.... but all i know is that if they are not satisfied they will let you know wayyyy sooner God Forbid if your app is not accepted ( this is from a previous experience) Inshalla you will hear very soon from what ive read here and how things are going in Beirut office this past week .... We got our PPR on a Monday.
They sent it to the principal applicant.
We have a filter in my wife's inbox to automatically forward all email coming from anything ".gc.ca" to my inbox.

I went today and applied for a visit visa.
I met a girl who was submitting her passport for visa issuance, after only 4 months of applying for her visa...
Just wanted to see if she or her husband are here with us on the forum.
This process is really tiring and taking so looong

Weird thing is that all info that are supposed to be updated quarterly (Processing time, Data sheets...) are like over a month due now and no new updates!

I don't know if you have seen it but candude, natti, mkasad, and misodiab all got passport requests. My ecas shows in process as of Feb 20. Inshallah I hope ours is coming soon. Inshallah I really really hope so. I have not been able to sleep :-(

My wife got a PPR on March 10, they gave us a 1 year extension on medical validity, we have until late November to land. We sent the passport 2 days later. Expecting to get it back some time this week hopefully.
