I have applied in BC PNP 21/06/2018, score is 96, high skill demand category, NOC5241 (even its coming under tech-pilot)
I am working in BC from past 7 months and have received another job offer from an employer. But its not indefinite contract. Am I eligible to apply or shall I withdraw my profile?

My online status in procee now since i sent additional docs
I still wating for nomination, its been almost 3 months.

Cartificate expiring on July 1, 2018

According to Canada post file was delivered to CIC at Sydney, NS on April 30, 2018.

But I am still waiting for AOR number and PNP is expiring in 4 days.

Have couple of questions if anyone had similar situation before.

- Since I don't received AOR, means they did not open it yet and if they open it after the certificate expured, will they send it back to me as PNP will be expired?

- Should I wait for a response from CIC or apply for extension ASAP?

- When we say application received by CIC, is that the day when Canada post delivered it or the day when CIC opens it?

Any advice will be really appreciated.

Guys, can you guys please guide me how did you identify the employer under tech pilot programme? is there any list of employer registered under this programme? I am currently in India and wondering how to get a job offer to support my BCPNP application.

From outside Canada, you don't get job offer and without job offer you don't get BCPNP nomination, so it is catch 22 situation for me. Any guidance is much appreciated. Thanks.
