I got my BC pnp yesterday. Applied in the end of jan. Had an hour and half interview with a lady and she asked me lot of questions but was a good interview. Took 4 months almost

Can someone plz resolve my confusion about the validity of the IELTS test results? Is it valid up to the date on which I took the test ( 24 Sep 2016) or it is valid to the date on which my result was announced which was (25 Oct 2016 )....
