I got medical issue, they found scar in my lung, suspected TB but after several test and repeat x-ray after 3 months DMP found it all negative.

hi Kashifm....they requested addtl requirements from us (personal history from age 18) and got a communication to withdraw our old application and get the refund for our payment...still hoping we will receive the request for our passports soon....Good luck to all of us

2. What is the Status of your eCas?
3. Is your PR single or you are married with kids too?

1.)yes, I applied for OWP last Feb 2013 but no approval yet (but paid all the processing fees for me and family)
and they told me to write a letter for cancellation
2.) eCas status : started processing June 7, 2013 and medical results received
3.) Am married w/ 2 kids, ages 11 and 4.....

Got a letter and they advice me to cancel my OWP application, maybe because i'm applying for a Permanet Resident Visa...emailed letter for OWP cancellation to them as per advice. Did u apply for OWP also?

Yes I applied OWP Feb 2013. And now PR in Process also April 2013. Obviously they overlapped now at CEM. But I have not received any letter from them re cancellation of OWP.

May I ask if you are in Philippines or you are presently out of the country?

We are presently out of the country but our mailing address is still in the Philippines....applied OWP outside Phils...got the letter advising us to cancel OWP together w/ the form requesting refund for our old application.
