Your employer must fill this part in but for me my employer put in three points each similar to this
In my opinion the best is to call them and ask what you should do in this situation. like you said didn't you see a guideline where people under your category didn't need a 14 days or more recruitment period? But I hope this can help if you want more details msg me privately
