Yes it is 101% positive sign . You have to wait 5-6 days to receive nomination. Due to COVID paper based nomination takes around 7-10 days . It’s positive sign. Get ready to prepare your CIC paper file.

85 days are already passed. But no any response so far.
 
Hey guys i need help in understanding my PNP application status better, It changed from applied to " Decision Finalized" today but i did not receive any email or call from BC PNP. Is this a positive sign or what ? I would really appreciate if anyone with experience can help

It takes time from 24 hours to 1 week or might be more. I got message after 1 day. Looks like your file is approved.

Congratulations it’s positive news. You will get email this or next week. Right now because of Covid it takes 7-10 business days to receive email.

Could you please share your timeline? I got AOR in August, no phone call or email till now.
