There is news that CIC is trying to review all the pre june applicant by june 2012. Manila is issuing the MR , soon it will be followed by NDO and SVO.

Don't be frustrated brothers, Singapore Visa office is very slow, and i heard another news (i don't know is it correct or not), SVO is giving priority to MI3 instead of MI2. Keep hope

Canada immigration is returning applications dated before February, 2008. This is applicable to the applications that has not started processing yet.
