Are you sure you got a deportation order? Maybe you got exclussion order and they want to make sure you already completed your time out???

Thanks for your reply but on certificate of departure it’s say departure order becomes a deportation order what’s that mean it’s been 12 years ago

It says on certificate of return deportation order and it was 12 years ago I was failed refugee claimant can anyone tell is that normal they ask for fee later or it’s just me also for my spousal application they issued a new UCI

Hello the little I know is that it’s normal to have a new UCI number with a spousal application, I also have a new one with this application. They may ask for the arc fees later, if someone knows more than I know I hope they can add to this for further clarification.. Goodluck

If you are a failed refugee claimant and you didn't over stay in Canada I don't see why you would need an ARC, the ARC is for people that didn't leave on time and waited basically for immigration to escort them out. Maybe you got a ban or something for a certain period of time and they need proof of when you left. That's my guess, but my advice would be to send what they ask for right now to avoid delays, and have a letter ready just in case
