Pre-arrival services on 25 of October

My application have 16 months (Long Wait....)

It's a good sign the ARC and pre-arrival services?

Which VO Office are your process?
 
Update on our case: We are June 2018, applicant. We received the Pre- Arrival letter in Sept 2019 as well my husband passed his eligibility.

Our MP contacted us this week. They got an update from our VO. They are assessing if my husband needs an ARC. Fingers crossed we should back from the Visa office in two weeks. Our MP feels things are moving along. We are in our 17th month. I pray this will be resolved soon.

Which vo? When they request the ARC?

My is Paris vo and i received the pré arrivel on october as well the ARC.
