I have a question:
I was a failed refugee, and left canada in sept 2020,
I have a certificate of departure stating departure order, no criminal history, no escort, i got my own tickets n left canada on time, always complied with CBSA.
I got my pnp approval and now my pr application is in process.
i have a valid job offer when i get back.., my employer is helping.
Aor feb 28
Biometric was valid for another 7yrs
Medical request may 10
Medical passed may 26
ADR for PCC,travel history,schedule A on june 16 submitted all those on june 20
Does anyone know when will they ask for ARC fer????

For me they requested ARC a year after my OWP application mas submitted. Been waiting for 7 months for response!

What does your departure certificate says, is it departure order?
And do u think everyone needs ARC even if it’s a departure order on certificate of departure

What does ur departure order says??? Deportation??
Ur sponsor file was at delhi office?

You need an ARC if you got deportation order or less than 12 month old exclusion order
