As of now 17-Aug-2024, I am still unable to login in PR tracker. GC key already linked with File. Anybody had same issue ??

Hello i submitted my spouse visa outland application on 30 august and now after one month i recieved aor on 3rd oct ,on spouse email … and now on 25 oct my spouse recieved email that your file is presently pending review by officer …. Can someone tell what does it means like these words are lil bit confusing for me like pending review i can’t understand
And on other hand i haven’t received anything else like bil or sa etc

Can anyone explain it to me please

Even last night i checked the status and
It showed
We r proccessing your your “background check”
And today it changed the status of background check is “not applicable”
May i know why? Please answer

Can anyone explain it to me please

Hi, I'm not sure this is true but someone on facebook explained this really well and basically said that since background check has different stages so the status changes as one of the stages gets complete. Like on tracker if its said "in progress" since AOR that's a false positive and when in gc key it changes to "we are processing.." that's when on of the stages starts and it switches to N/A after that stage finishes, when the second stage starts, it changes again but people miss these changes a lot of times. Don't quote me tho i'm not sure if this is true.

Probably not they will inform you if they reject your application and give you a reason why they did so for example medical reason.

Is there a way to display medical results .

Yes you can contact ircc and ask for your medical report. I’m not sure they will give it to you. But you can also apply to get your gcms notes maybe in that you can see if medical is passed but im not sure. The notes however will take a month or more to arrive. Does your application show medical complete ?
