Submitted on Aug 1st. Received AOR on Aug 30. Received Medical and Biometrics request on sept 5.
But still not able to link the link the account to tracker or gckey.
Always get the below error:
Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

Anyone else having the same issue.

the details your are entering - isn't the exact way it is there in the application.. Do one thing - order GCMS notes - then refer to that PDF and enter data accordingly it should work. mostly questions like - names, number of applicants etc are the cause.

Application Tracker is down for quite a while now (Since June), as mentioned in many posts from different timelines here. All new applications that received AORs post June are unable to create account there and even those who have one, the status has not been updated since June. GCKey is the only option to get updates and you should be able to link in if you have received your AOR.

How did you receive your Medical request letter if it wasn't by GCKey account? Because I received the MIL on GCKey and only then I received a notification e-mail that I have an update in my GCKey account and was able to obtain the letter from there which was used for Medical exam.

Also, the common mistake even I experienced was that instead of putting "1", you have to put "2" in the number of dependents field at the end while creating the GCKey account, meaning you have to include yourself as part of the application, not just him/her alone. It should work as it has for everyone. It is a bit confusing but that's how it works I guess.
