My Background got completed but still no test invite.

I was checking the Citizenship Tracker from August and everyone that applied from Toronto after Aug 15 are having some delays. I guess many offices from Toronto have more applications. (Including Mississauga, Scarborough and others located in Toronto)

interesting, think maybe Victoria too? mine is taking a lot slower than what seems like everyone else's.

I think now, background is taking longer after what happen with the person that was planning to do some terrorist attack. I guess now they review it more deep.
