Just called today as well. I had a ADR request on Nov 14 (picture of my degree instead of final transcript), which was submitted the same day. Since then I've had no news.

I was informed that my application is within the estimated timeline, and it makes sense that the eligibility has not started and background is still in progress. It seems all of the steps of the background check except security are done.

Not much more I can do here except wait

I called ircc and asked about file
Still my file is recommended passed and security not yet started
It been more than 1 month my eligibility recommend passed

Is there anything which we can do...Any idea in such situation ?

I don’t think so we can do anything
Just wait for the visa office take our file
Whenever i called ircc they said ircd goes in timelines so you have to wait patiently

Eligibility: Recommended Passed Nov 25th (Based on call to IRCC, Eligibility updated to "In Progress" on tracker)
Security: Completed as of January 6th
Eligibility: Completed as of January 7th
PVO/SVO:Kitchener/Vancouver

I can see all steps are completed on my tracker and the COPR number and expiration date. Does this mean i'm approved ?

How to connect particular ircc office instead of connecting with the agent??

Now I started worrying mine recommended passed or review required. Agent was not good enough to answer my question . He said eligibility fully not completed. Strange support. Im thinking to once again call IRCC to know about my eligibility.
Can I call back again ?my last call to IRCC was 3 days back only.will it create any Problem?
