Imo Edmonton is very slow they processed my SDS application back then in 5 months :')

Got an email from IRCC and I thought I would have the best day of the year. Turns out I received Final Decision for my BOWP. Oh well, at least I will have a backup plan. But if I receive my PR soon, I can't get a refund for BOWP anymore right?
