Anyone knows why its taking soooo long? my friends got their FD this month and some of them got P1 with that same timeline.
I called them today but there is no change in the application status it’s same as before.

I am having same status since October 12 after medical pass
Initially my application was at pvo Sydney and svo Ottawa
On October 24 it was transferred to pvo Vancouver and svo Sydney
I believe there are many applicants from August AOR still waiting for anything after medical. Only bunch of candidates from September got the FD and all August applicants will be getting FD in January now.

I feel you, I haven't had any updates since October 19th and at some point my PVO was switched to Etobicoke. I am losing hope for anything happening in December at this point. I am passed the 5 months of processing time in mid-January so I will ask for notes then if nothing has changed!

I think you will land after you receive your ecopr. So, if it arrives later than your expiry date, it technically creates a gap that you cannot legally work
I do not think so, let’s see if the FD comes straight away and the eligibility will change at that time. Not sure. My sister got her P2 she applied 5 days later than me. Our supporting documents are similar for sibling, tax docs other stuff. I think it’s the delay from their end only.
If you still don't get eCoPR within January 25th, I highly suggest you apply for it or else you'll go out of status. You can later withdraw once you get your eCoPR!
