My AOR is August 30, and my eligibility and background checks are in progress. I'm curious about the status of your background check. Do you know what stage your application is in?

Can see FD on GCKey as December 3 Tracker has no updates though. I was about to call them today to check the progress, no need to do it now I guess.

Hi all! I am still waiting on updates on my FSW EE application. I received an email from IRCC a few mins ago stating the following "Hello, UCI: XXXXXXX We are currently processing your application for permanent residency in Canada. This is a reminder that you now qualify to receive pre-arrival services to help you prepare for your new life. These services are only available to you before you enter Canada. We encourage you to register as soon as possible."

I checked my GC account and tracker. Both do not show any kind of updates. Any idea what does this mean(if anything?)

Some receive the pre-arrival way early in the application process and others receive it right before they get their PPR. Hopefully, it's the latter for you! Fingers Crossed!

The updates are erratic; very difficult to identify a pattern. I guess it all depends on your VO and how they update your application.

If you mean GCkey, then it will only get updated after you receive your cards. GCkey is a legacy software and will only update with all the details after your approval comes through along with the PR cards. However, tracker gives you a more specific monitoring timeline as it is updated section wise.

Got P1 email! Just for the record the tracker still has 0 updates. So I think it is very random where you can see something new.
