Submitted the adr today how long do you think its gonna take.

Depends when the officer opens your file! And the holiday season is also nearing by! Might be a while!

I just included license and passport but now they asked for lease agreement

Similar timeline. The Ottawa and Sydney combination appears to be the slowest of the bunch. I called IRCC today; my eligibility began yesterday but has not been updated on the tracker. Background is still in progress.

I just included license and passport but now they asked for lease agreement

Oh, you provided the minimum. In my case my sibling provided me the ffg docs:
Water bills
Gas bills
Property tax
Water heater rental bill
Mortgage proof
Driver’s licence
Paystub in Ontario
Employment letter
Insurance for vehicle
Provincial professional designation certificate and credentials

all these merged as one document.

I hope the officer will not request ADR for sibling proof of address

No update since Oct 15. Called in Nov to ask if they got the requested passport.

My profile is on review required, i only uploaded my sisters pr card and license-_- , i think maybe this is the reason now
