I have already submitted my BIL on 2 OCT 2024. and after that called IRCC after week's time. I found that time about below active progress:

- We are reviewing if you meet the eligibility criteria.
- We are processing your background check.

"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

I called ircc today to know status and the status is still same as what they told me on October 9 which is criminality done and info sharing in process. Meanwhile on tracker background is in progress and eligibility not started. FYI my visa office is Sydney and Ottawa.

IRCC requested that I submit the Representative form, which I submitted on October 4th. After submitting it, I received a BIL.
