I think now is a universal update for Tracker. The last update date changed to today’s date, but no update for me…

There is nothing called universal update.its individual updates only.

Hi, expect that either they'll request a medical exam (if you don't have a valid one) or it will show "passed"/"you don't need a medical exam" within a day or two.
Also, you'll be asked to get the biometrics done shortly. Most of the time the medical exam and the biometrics are requested either on the same day or 1-2 days apart. Best of luck!

today I called ircc to know my background check status

Criminality : passed
Info sharing : in progress
Security : not started

The status of background check is same since starting.

I got a GU yesterday in GCkey but there is nothing changed in GCkey or Tracker . Not sure what GU was that .

This is good. It means your application is moving forward! As for the GU, it could have been one of the sections in your background check (info sharing, criminality, security) might have been passed. It is unlikely to be security as they get triggered once your eligibility is a recommended passed by the case analyst or have been passed by the officer. If you have access to your tracker account, do share what is showing in there.

That's great! You're almost there. I'm certain now that the GU must have been related to back ground check. One of the sections under this might have been completed. You will see your tracker updating background check to complete in the next few days! All the best!

I spent 5.5 years in the US, maybe that's why the info sharing takes a long time

I think so too. Hopefully, they verify the FBI PCC soon enough for you!
