Are you done with your Biometric? it takes a few days after getting your biometric done to be able to create an account on the Tracker.
Your representative shouldn't know but immigration (IRCC), well...they should...and there is nothing wrong with having a tracker, it is a service provided by the IRCC.

I couldn't create it earlier as well. But after a couple of days of multiple tries I eventually got to create it. Keep on trying and it 'll work for sure. Your immigration consultant wouldn't know if you opened the tracker.

Just got GU in tracker with the updated showing as October 28. Everything else remains the same and nothing changed. Just wanted to know if you receive GUs in tracker when they send you P2? Still waiting for my P2 though. Any insight is appreciated!

Don't worry. You finished your bio a few days ahead of me. My GU should correspond with your GU last week.
