Today in tracker my medical date is updated to October 2025 but in gc key it’s still blank

You mean under document status? Because it will give you the date exactly from 1 year from the day you gave your medicals.

Yes under document status. But I uploaded old medical. Even in gc key firstly medical was passed with date October 5 and then on next day it went blank and till today it didn’t appear again

it has been 15 days today
when can i expect final decision any idea ???

15 days come-on man. You need to wait 1 month 15 days minimum to get next update. Unless you are french category don't expect anything before October end or early November.

What does final decision means ?
And when does that step comes ?

I dont even know how many steps are there in pr process.

I mean it's literally given in the name. It will come at the very end of your application process. You will see this section at the very end of your GCkey account.

You need to call the IRCC customer agent to know about your VO

I just got a ghost update this morning in my tracker. Now it is showing eligibility as completed for the principal applicant (PA) but not started for the dependent. Is it safe to assume that they are done with thee eligibility part for both since, their focus is more on the PA. We did claim a few points for dependent's education and work experience. Background is still in progress for both since September 27. However, few people got their eCOPRs with the dependent's eligibility showing as not started. I just hope we are close. Any insight is appreciated. Also, tracker is showing that they received information on October 10 and will let us know if they need anything else. But we didn't send them anything else. Is this normal?

By ghost update you mean the updated date is today? And your eligibility changed from not started to completed?

Yes. That's what I meant. I did not receive any email, so, I considered this as a ghost update.
