Hi everyone,
So Sydney office has return my file on 14th September as some documents were missing like (police check and financial) but good thing I got UCI.

Syd office received my file on 30 august 2021.

How spousal outland sponsorship can be submitted via online? it it somwthing new?

Yes, it is fairly new, as of July I think.

I’ll be submitting ours on Saturday. It was pretty easy to use. The only issue I ran into was I couldn’t save one of the forms while on my iPad. I switched to a laptop and that let me update and save the form.

sent my file on 20 august 2021 to NS immigration centre and they received the file on 24th august 2021 till then just waiting no AOR received yet.

Hello,

A question about IMM0008 form. Ok for example, I am the sponsor (I am Canadian) and sponsoring my Russian partner. We have a child together (who already has Canadian citizenship). Does our child's information needed to be added into IMM0008 as a dependent? Not sure about this as we don't need to sponsor our kid. Would this also change the income needed for IMM1283??

Mine was received on 19 August by DHL as well and no AOR as yet, should not be much longer I hope.

Our application was received on 4th August. No AOR yet. We applied for trv twice and both got rejected. Please post if anyone from August gets AOR.

No, you're right - you cant apply for pr status for anyone who is already a citizen or pr.

Include the child in the family information form but not the 0008.

I hope you guys have any suggestions. My spouse is Canadian in Canada. I am a from Philippines working in the middle east. We just recently submitted our outland application and was delivered to Sydney office last Sep 28 as per DHL. We haven't received any response from IRCC though.

Unfortunately I might return to Philippines by end of this month as my company started laying off employees. Will it affect our spousal application if I change my location and my job status immediately after submitting the application? and how will we be able to update ircc if this happened and we still didn't get the aor? Thank you so much!

Since your app was received on Sept 28 you will be getting AOR only by Nov 28. The minimum time for AOR is how 2 months. We are all august applicants and not received AOR yet.

As for your change in status. It shouldn't affect your application. Once you receive the AOR please send a webform to ircc with the updated details.
