That is wonderful that at least you were able to speak. Can you please share the process how you were able to speak to a 'human' agent ? Thank you! Although, I know most of the replies would be scripted. yet we get a satisfaction.
I had got my BG chk completed in Dec 2021 but still no test invite All other fields are In Process.

I had made multiple attempts (at least 6 times) before being able to speak with a representative. Keep trying, you’ll get through at some point.

Per the tracker DPs, folks from the May/June batches (online applications) are currently seeing movement. We have a little ways to go/wait before our turn.

Of course, this also depends on how fast our LVOs move.

I sent a webform for address update, no response. So i called ircc and the agent was nice enough to update the address over the phone. When i asked her about the application status, she said no movement yet

same here. she said my application is open/its ongoing and primary office is still cpc sydney. So online apps are not moving yet. I changed my address but my file is still destined for Montreal seems like where i want my file to be transferred is loaded.

You cannot use Chrome Browser on an apple ipad.
