No, Generally you would get test invitation prior completion of those, After BGC completed you should receive invitation for test any time. Good luck

Can we hope things will start moving for us in Feb ? What do you think ? Paper applications moving faster than Online ones I think.

between the dates you have received, you can choose to take the test anytime you want( doesn't matter, weekday or weekend, night or day ) You don't have to specifically book a time slot or anything.
The link would be active for the duration ( the start and end date you have received ) and will close once you attempt the test.

9pm, 10pm , midnight ... as long as it's within the test window

No proctor, but as you sign in, screen would take you through series of steps where you need to take photo of your ID and Photo of you, that's the verification for them. Plus the camera takes random screenshot of you when you take the test to make sure you are not cheating

When I try to check the status using this link - https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/ , I see that Language skills, BGV, Physical presence and prohibitions are all in-progress.

But when I try to check the status using this link - https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/ , I get the below error:
We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

But I see in this forum that people mention that they are able to see their status in ecas website as well. Please share some insight.

majority of online applicants can't access eCAS. Online tracker was introduced to replace it.

more or less in the same boat, however my wife's BGC is completed, I received FP in Dec, submitted but still in progress!
