I also have the same status as @Sanjay35821 I have a sinking feeling that my application is marked for rejection, since like you mentioned, eligibility is done early on in the application process

They would have rejected it 90 days in. Be positive.

Isn't the 90 day limit for like the R10 check? I.e. checking if you have actually submitted all documents? And 90 working days has still not elapsed. Idk, most people here have progressed either to the finally stages or have gotten eligibility passed before moving on to criminality and security. I've already submitted a webform to "beef up" my application proactively. However, haven't received a webform response yet. I will try to be positive, but seems like others in same state as me have already progressed.

No, PR process does not depend on whether your are in Canada or outside Canada and it will not placed on hold if you move out of Canada or leave Canada temporarily.

My friends PR application is in process, He is in express entry stream CEC Class. He applied on August 2020. He is on his work permit now which is valid till Nov 2021

He applied for a TRV on Dec 4 2020 since he has a medical emergency to go to his home country but no decision is made on it yet but he booked tickets for next Sunday since he can't wait much longer

The question is if he exit the country without the TRV and later when it is approved can he send the passport from India to the Ottawa IRCC OFFICE.

Also to mention the new TRV application via the VFS centre in his country isn't a viable option as it's showing almost a year of processing time.

Can anyone show some insights on it or guide in this regard. Is there any

My progress bar disappeared when it was 75%. Do you think it's a system glitch? Anybody in my situation? I raised a webform in this regard plus to check my eligibility, background, and criminality check. My visa office is Ottawa.

Below is the last status that i got from IRCC call centre on Dec 31,2020
