don't worry. Mine disappeared 3-4 days ago and reappeared today.
Ho .. ok thanks for your reply ...
The progress bar is back on. Now it's at 77% but still waiting until the eligibility passes.
My progress bar is 79% as well and they haven't checked my eligibility yet. Has anyone applied for an open work permit while waiting?

Mine is at 80%. Eligibility not started. But CIC has put it upfront that the website statuses aren't updated.
I had applied for BOWP on September 1 and got it on December 11. So about 100 days.

I don’t think so this Aug 12 week is same for all visa offices like Ottawa one

.

This is my first time hearing of the GCMS note. I'll look into it. Also my program is CEC
I just called IRCC for the first time, here are what they told me:
August 31 AoR (FSW inland)
Eligibility Passed
Security Not started
Criminality In Progress
VO Ottawa
Hi All,
Single applicant, Married, no accompanying spouse in the EE profile. CEC
ITA- 25th June
AOR- 16H August,
Biometrics submitted- 14th October
profile percentage- 86 %
I just notice that my UCI number on EE profile is different than the one on my study permit and work permit.
it is a 10 digit number on EE and 8 digits on study/work permit.
However, my friends who are single applicants and are not married, had their UCI number updated to their original UCI number from study/work permit.
Usually, UCI number changes to old UCI, from CAN00 To 8 digits, but for me, it changed to new 10 digits.
Is that something, I should be worried about?
I recently also received/approval for my Bridging work permit and it also has a new UCI number- 10 digit number, whereas when I submitted my form for Bowp, I used my 8 digit number from study/work permit
Please let me know!
I submitted my application on August 22 2020,November 7 was my last update of biometrics and medical passed.Has anyone received any updates after November 7?

The rest of the fields on your account will be updated once you receive a decision. You can get updates by calling IRCC, raising webforms or requesting for GCMS notes.

Are you only able to apply to BOWP when you have 4 months or less for your current permit expiration date? Mine expires in October and I am not quite sure when I can start the BOWP process
