I went to the local police station. At least here, it was faster because I did not need to book an appointment.

Hi All. I am CEC inland and in my profile i see biometric completed on 21Oct and also got a letter from CIC for my spouse biometric. My spouse is in india, since the bio metric centre is closed in india she can’t go for bio metric. Does this stop the current process or the process will continue and my spouse can give bio metric once the visa office os open

You are still in False IP2, it should change to "Your application is in progress.." which indicates you are in IP1 and back to "We are processing.." this is actual IP2

Yes. You should get refunded nonetheless if you've already paid. My profile now mentions the Biometrics number and the date I gave em.

Did you get appointment in single call for yourself and your spouse? Or does spouse get separate appointment booking call for biometric? And where did you get your appointment for biometric?
