If you have no criminal record, the check is done within 72 hours. Then however long it takes to reach you in the mail/post. If you have any sort of criminal record, it could take up to 180 days.

Thanks, one question, Last Friday I did with Vancouver Police and I did fingerprint at that office.They said they will send you the report after sending to RCMP and it could take 12 to 14 days.Now I'm bit doubtful about yours and my records check process.I hope you did the same way or any other agency did for you

I went to Commissionaires for mine. From the day I did it to when I got my RCMP PCC back was a week.

Hey Guys, I hear many ppl are getting RCMP PCC request from IRCC now a days, is that true? is good to get it before hand just incase IRCC request it?

You have to mention the application number while apply for RCMP and service for should be Immigration.

my AOR is Aug 6, Any other details RCMP require? so I take that, we can apply for RCMP proactively and send to IRCC if they ask!?

This Usually come along with BIL.so your have already go BIL by Sep last week I guess.You may not need to go for Criminal Records

yes! however they took my BIL from work permit. I see ppl with same scenario say they have been requested for RCMP PCC later.

I requested mine on September 23, and it was issued on the same day. I received by mail on October 5. Hope that helps.

Google. There are a number of accredited 3rd party partners that will take your fingerprints for an RCMP PCC.
