From the date the doctor whom you visited provides his updates and uploads to CIC portal

Hello guys..needed some clarity on my GCMS notes rec'd just now...my eligibility appears to be passed..however, I had a marriage update in Dec to a PR and in the notes..it shows..review required in case of marriage...now m confused...whether my application has gone off track bcoz of it..or has it been cleared and now eligibility is passed..after the review

Apr 7, received an email titled "IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal", asking to confirm my main email and date of entering Canada.
replied immediately, and account created 20 min later.

Apr 9, photo uploaded

Apr 13, eCOPR can be downloaded, photo for PR card still in review

May 18, received PR card.

@legalfalcon my question is that I still haven’t received the golden email and still awaiting final update in my ircc account. When should I get it so that I send the passport for visa stamp.
Secondly, my wife’s (PA) passport expires in December 2021 and we’ve applied for a new one which is expected next week. Should I send new passport details via web form or what ? Will appreciate your support.
