I ve recently got my gcms note. Before that, all my calls to IRCC since October last year and even this last month have confirmed that my Eligibility has been passed. Also, the page 2 and the 5th to the last of the gcms states Eligibility: Pass and Recommendation: Pass. However, the same page (5th to the last page) stated *Review Required*Client Information ***. What does this mean and is it a concern? Thanks guys.

Note 2 is your eligibility.

There is no problem with completeness check. It is done, and so is your eligibility.

The eligibility will be conclusively passed by an officer and then your security will be initiated.

Does anyone know what is the official date that you become a landed immigrant? Is it the date your COPR is approved on the portal or is there another process that you have to do in order to validate it later?

The date on your COPR document. Effectively when it is printed. Usually that date corresponds to the date of approval on the portal, but best to double check

I don't know which office I was, I tried calling once and couldnt get hold of them and just decided to wait.
Who ever is still waiting, dont stress, your time will come especially us AOR august people.
