Honestly, I don't know. But I would expect them to consider it incomplete. You could try to send a completed copy through the IRCC web form http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp
along with a cover letter explaining you realized you forgot to write down your height and if you have it, provide the tracking number of the courrier service you used to send your application.
We can see once in a while some guys call Sydney office and ask them about processing time ,... You can call them tomorrow. If they told you, they treat your application like incomplete then you can prepare another package and post it a day later with a cover letter explaining why you resend your application but if they told you that won't affect your application then you will be on a safe side.
