Hello,
I have question about fingerprints, why is this required and is it for all people or for randomly selected applicants?
My case as follows:
Application : Family (5)
Location: Montreal
Application sent: August 28, 2018
Application delivered: August 31
AOR: November 16
IP: November 22
Fingerprints required: December 21
Fingerprints taken and sent to RCMP : December 21
So please add my case to August Data Sheet

It's required only for people who's name appeared in their database. They want to make sure that the citizen grantee is not a delinquent and he is the right person.
Finally in this process, everything is random except finger print request.

Details added. Well done, you seem to be moving pretty rapidly on your application. It would be really helpful to know the number of physical presence days for the spreadsheet. I'm not sure about the fingerprint question. It seems random, but others may be able to spread more light on that.

1096 days.

Thank you for your reply, but still didn’t get what you mean by “appeared in their data base” !!
What kind of database? They sent the request for me and my wife.
What I believe now, after reading some posts about fingerprints, it is the worst thing anybody can have during application processing.
If it’s required, means minimum 5 months waiting time for test invitation
Anybody have this experience, please share it with us.
