My spouse is a Canadian citizen and already applied for PR. I have visitor visa for Canada and can I live and work in Canada?

On a visitor visa you cannot work in Canada. If you applied inland you can apply for an open work permit, otherwise you will have to wait for the PR to be granted.

If you're found to be working without the proper authorization it can have serious consequences for your PR application so don't risk it.

Yes; you can visit Canada, but... it's always up to the officer to determine whether you are eligible to be let in even though you have a visa. Turning up at the border without a return ticket and all your possessions with a visitor visa is almost certainly going to see you being denied entry.

Make sure that you are entering Canada as a visitor, and be prepared to show ties to your home country indicating that you will return at the end of your intended stay.

i got AOR2 from NDVO on 26 october,2017. After that i received no email from NDVO till now. neither i got Medical Request letter so far.

but my application status got updated yesterday and it shows like

Review of medical results: We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message below for details.


What shall i do now? can anyone help me out on this matter please?

i called cic and they said your application is processing in new delhi so contact them. but i dont have their contact number.
