Yes, actually it was less than 2 months. Before I received it, I was so worried about it, I thought it would at least take 3-4 months. I applied around June 26th and I got it on August 18th.

Noc is 4214
Do you mean AOR of endorsement letter?
I didn’t receive any, one day my employer told me that they needed my place of birth, then I got it 2 days after.
