BIL = Biometrics Instruction Letter
PAL = Pre-arrival Letter
DM = Decision Made
AOR = Acknowledgement of Receipt
AR = Application Received
PPR = Passport Request
GU = Ghost Update
ADR = Additional Documents Request
VOH = Visa on Hand
