Medical exam request: April 7, 2020
Medical exam passed: June 23, 2020

I called IRCC last Monday to check the status of my application, the agent told me the criminal check is on progress but eligibility and security check are not started yet. The question is how come they check eligibility after criminal check? To me, it should be the first step.
Any advice or related experiences?

I applied on Feb 26 and still waiting for AOR. I submitted a webform but they just told me that they have received the application and that they are processing it according to the date applications were received.

It’s almost 6 months, I dont know what the meaning of saying the application is going to be processed according to date at which it was received. This is so frustrating
