Asking about working hours

Hello,
I am curently working part time job. I have study permit that allow me to work 20 hours per week. But there was 1 time (my first payment) my boss combine 3 weeks in the pay cheque that make me work 40 hours for 2 weeks.
I want to ask that does it make any problem for me in the future with the law (for ex: PR application, ...) since that time, i always work below 20 hours/week.
