The thing is I never stayed in any country for more than six months as I used to work in cruise lines which travels everyday to a different place. In this case do I still need to have pcc from FBI and Italy
no you don't have to submit pcc from fbi since crew member workm on c1d visa and they are not allowed to stay more than 29 days on land even if they ask to submit fbi pcc you can explain your visa status to them.
