As WES changed the rules as of Dec 1st Onwards

As WES changed the rules as transcripts should be sent by universities only.I have a sealed,stamped and signed back side and front side with from address printed with university logo provided by university.

1.Can i send that envelope directly to WES?

2. If yes should i include the photo copy of Provisional Certificate (University sent me Provisional Transcript also including other transcripts).
Which one should i include.

When did you create your WES profile? was it before or after Dec 1?

If a profile is created prior to Dec 1st -- will it still have to adhere to the new rule ??

If profile is created before Dec1st 2018.New rule will not be applicable as they mentioned this clearly in the website itself.

IQAS provides accurate assessment. If you are ok with the processing times, you can definitely go ahead with it.
