BITS WILP - WES - Educational Credentials

I just started with my express entry visa / EOI application process.

FYI, I am in the process of applying to my universities for educational credentials verification needed by WES.

At BITS Pilani - I was told that I will only be given transcripts from the university for my WILP - Masters course in consultancy management.

How can I arrange for the provisional degree certificate? As per WES web site, I actually need to attach a legible copy of the provisional degree certificate.
How can we attach a legible copy of the provisional degree certificate? Do we need to attach it in the same sealed envelope from the university? What is the procedure?

Just a photocopy of degree.

Even I am facing the same situation, WES has put my verification as 'Pending required document' and they have asked for duplicate Provisional Certificate, not sure how I can apply for this in BITS WILP portal.
Can you guide me if you got answer?

Please take a clear scan copy of the degree certificate and post it to WES with referring to the same reference number.

If you notice in Document required for degree certificate they have asked to send via mail the degree certificate.

Thanks for your response.
A small doubt, When WES said FInal or Provisional degree certiificate, I am assuming it will be a scan copy of my Final Convocation of both Degree and MS.
Please correct my if I am wrong.
