My spouse has similar timeline as to yours. She received Pre arrival and all the steps are completed.

Our kids steps in Background verification - In progress, Eligibility - Pending
However, when we look at the documents, their COPR number is already created.
Is not the COPR number only created after Eligibility is completed? Anyone has any idea?

We are now waiting for kids status to show completed and then hopefully PPR and e-COPR document (number was created)

Hello there,

Since you have COPR, I think you are closer to PPR than I am. Based on what I gathered from research, if you have COPR, it means they made a final decision already; however, since your kids are still being processed there maybe more waiting time. I don't have kids yet and we are now just waiting for a decision and PPR. Please anyone if I am speaking nonsense, feel free to correct me.

My wife Finally received PPR on October 29th.
The final decision was completed on October 24th.
However, The eligibility was completed on November 19th.

Are you asking about spousal sponsorship PA?
No. NOT for that. Since the PA is supposed to be sponsored and supported by the PR/citizen spouse.

Yes, the sponsor did received a pdf stating that you have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. If thats sponsor eligibility check.
