I think you got the oath certificate download instructions email. Please re-verify. Haven't seen anyone getting Oath certificate before attending the ceremony.

Would I still get certificate download instructions if I opted for paper certificate while applying?

No you won't. If you selected e-certificate and get an in-person oath, you will still receive paper certificate. That's the only exception.

They say lpp takes time if you travel a lot. but I know some people who didn’t travel at all wait 1 year.
