HI ... Did you apply for Visitor Visa for someone? or is it for you?

Good day sir. I applied for myself and my parents. We have a valid Canada visit visa expiring on July 2022 and a valid US visit visa. I read somewhere in this forum that it qualifies for CAN+ which could've resulted to the shorter processing time.

I can see Eligibility changes to -

Applied VV for my Parents from Canada:
Submitted - 12th April
Biometrics done - 19th April
Biometrics updated - 19th April (For my mother it still says "We have not received your fingerprints ...." though biometric number has been updated. Tried calling IRCC many times but No luck.
Eligibility update - 12th May
