I applied TRV using new portal last April 3, 2022 and still no update. I already have biometrics from my conjugal application.

Biometrics: March 2022 (pending conjugal application)

applied in nov 2021 still no updates. how do I check if I applied via new portal or old?
 
When you send a webform, do you get a confirmation anywhere saying it was submitted?
I received confirmation within 1-2 days for all my webforms which I made (I requested 4 webforms till date for my different application, and for different reasons)
