I am not sure but from what I heard it’s 2-3 months

exactly on same page, Eligibility started aug 17 and background check not started.

Submitted application on 29th April,
Received Medical, Biometrics on August 15th and submitted by 22nd August
Sponsor eligibility August 17th
PA Eligibility and Background completed on August 31st and received pre arrival.
Got couple of ghost updates

Any April members here who got NDVO as their Processing centre and received information after biometrics and medicals. Please advice.

Hi, I received a request to do a medical exam (SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP FROM WITHIN CANADA).

However, I already have an active medical dated 31st Jan 2022. It has been only 7 months. When I tried to book a new medical, panel physicians said I don't need to, as it is already active.

On their suggestion, I raised a webform to IRCC requesting them to link my medical to my spousal sponsorship application.

I had already submitted the medical results with my online application when I applied. So should I try to book a new medical? Or is raising a webform enough?

We got pre-arrival and eligibility on Aug 20 but since than no updates?
Eligibility completed on tracker
But nothing in GCKEY

We got our pre arrival on Aug 17th and waiting since then...hopefully we all get our golden email soon.

Has there been any improvement in the AOR timeline or is it still the same like 3 months? I have resubmitted my Spouse application online today.
Hoping that I don't have to wait 3 months again for the next update

I received AOR email on August 10, 2022 for my outland Spouse Application. Since then no communication from IRCC end. It is so weird that they have not even checked my eligibility for Sponsorship approval.

I received AOR email on August 10, 2022 for my outland Spouse Application. Since then no communication from IRCC end. It is so weird that they have not even checked my eligibility for Sponsorship approval.

It takes beween 1 month to 1 1/2 month after AOR to receive communication. This week or next week you should be able to hear on your Medicals,Biometrics and Sponsorship Approval. Good luck!

Thanks, but I observed that some applicants received their Sponsorship Approval letter and Biometric/Medical requests on the same day they received the AOR. But for mine cases It is taking longer than usual.
