I dont see any April-Online-outland applicant getting AOR yet. Mostly April-paper-Outland applicants are started getting their AOR.

HI, i believe we can submit application online now. The online link is the same where IRCC sent us the PR confirmation/COPR. to start process for spousal visa do we create an online account or login to the same which IRCC created for us?
